Many Christians go through life with little concern for the salvation of others. No matter where you live there are people you know or ones you pass on the street daily who don't know Jesus as their Saviour. Many Christians just don't care enough about other people and don't bother to share the message of …

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

We would like to encourage or remind all of our subscribers how very critical and important our prayers are. As we look at the geopolitical events happening all over the world today, we understand that what we see are signs of the times for us. This shouldn't cause us to fear or to panic. Our assurance, peace, and security come from our Heavenly Father. It is understandable how those who don't serve Him would be, however.

Let's be resolved to spend more time in prayer for others. Intercession is something we do for others and not for ourselves. But, we do it for the Kingdom of Heaven. Remember what our Savior said to His Disciples and this applies to us today:

" Jesus went through all the towns and villages, teaching in their synagogues, proclaiming the good news of the kingdom and healing every disease and sickness.A)" data-cr="#cen-NIV-23415A">  When he saw the crowds, he had compassion on them,B)" data-cr="#cen-NIV-23416B"> because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd.C)" data-cr="#cen-NIV-23416C">  Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest D)" data-cr="#cen-NIV-23417D">is plentiful but the workers are few.E)" data-cr="#cen-NIV-23417E">  Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.” Matthew 9:35-38.

Praying for others and serving others is something all of us can do to help. The word minister means to serve. We all have something to give. If we have money and know of needs in our community we give of it. If we have a garden and have extra vegetables, who give to those who are hungry. If we have time, we give of that. Sometimes taking the time to sit and listen or just spend time with a person is the best thing we can do for them.

Let's all pray for the lost, for the brokenhearted, that the Word will go forth and will set all captives free whether they are in bondage to sin, sickness and disease or any other thing that can keep a person from experiencing the freedom only found in the LORD.  Time is running short, friends.

Please remember if you have prayer requests or know of a need for prayer please use the "Contact Us" form on the menu bar to let us know. It is a blessing to pray for others. We don't have to have personal information and we do not collect it. Your request will not appear on the website. This should be a ministry of every person who loves the Lord and we know how very powerful prayer is.

Have a blessed week.
