WHILE YOU WERE SLEEPING

  March 2, 2017

Many things can happen when you're asleep. You slip into a dream world and are usually unaware of what happens around you; a sound sleeper can sleep through almost anything. A good night's sleep can make you feel refreshed and able to face the challenges of a new day, but if you have nightmares or …

BOOTS ON THE GROUND!

March 2, 2017

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

Spring is "almost" finally here! It came in like a lion, as "they" say. But, as with each new day, each new season brings refreshment and renewal. It works like our Heavenly Father does for us. This reminds us of the passage of scripture from the Book of Isaiah:

A voice is calling,
            “Clear the way for the LORD in the wilderness;
            Make smooth in the desert a highway for our God.

      “Let every valley be lifted up,
            And every mountain and hill be made low;
            And let the rough ground become a plain,
            And the rugged terrain a broad valley;

      Then the glory of the LORD will be revealed,
            And all flesh will see it together;
            For the mouth of the LORD has spoken.”

      A voice says, “Call out.”
            Then he answered, “What shall I call out?”
            All flesh is grass, and all its loveliness is like the flower of the field.

      The grass withers, the flower fades,
            When the breath of the LORD blows upon it;
            Surely the people are grass.

      The grass withers, the flower fades,
            But the word of our God stands forever.

Please remember all our brothers and sisters around the globe in prayer. We must lift one another up daily in prayer. As well, this is the time to fervently pray for loved one's salvation, that the prodigals would be called home, and that eyes and ears would be open to hear what the Lord is saying in these times.

Blessings!
